Help with 2000 Honda Civic 1.6

Hello

I am after some help, my 2000 Civic has developed an issue this weekend. 4 out of 5 times when you try to start the car it starts but then cuts out straight away, applying the accelerator makes no difference. Then after a couple of repeats it will start and be absolutely fine.

Once started and if it hasn't cut out it runs with no issue until today when it also cut out when I was driving along but it pretty much came back to life straight away with the car rolling.

I was thinking fuel pump but the car is running fine when it does run (no rough running or misfiring).

Any pointers or suggestions would be gratefully received.
