The 'v' is pointing to the radiator. Tail with shamfer to engine. Left v to rad top. Right v to stainless pipe to rad lower right. Looking from engine to rad.
I'm nearby anyhow if you get stuck!

Thanks to all who helped. It does help when you put the thermostat in the right way. Bleeded up beautiful, fans kicked in when they should temp went down when fans on and radiator was warm all over. Coming back on the RAC TRAILER MADE ME REALISE it iwasn't the cars fault this time only the dimly donk who worked on it. Me. Just drivers door electrics to fix now that should be fun. Just a note supertag the thermo I got from TVR parts was different from the pictures. They said it was OME.

TVR never was OEM, more like what's in the parts bin!

Good you have sorted it.

I have learnt to take plenty of pictures before I start a job, plus compaire new and old parts before fitting. It saves a lot of headaches.
