You'd get some reassurance it was never driven especially fast

Certainly wouldn't pay that for it, but it's a lovely car in my preferred colour.

Sheesh, I know NSX values have been firming up over the past few years, but £100k?!

Not sure the history of that particular car justifies the premium, but for a collector it's probably a worthwhile punt. NSX's have a very limited market though, and at this price, doubly so.
