porsche independent specialist

Hi all , I'm a newbie to the forums, but I know a thing or two about my car. I have 997 C2S gen 1 and it does seem on the surface of things that I might have a coolant hose issue, perhaps even a water pump (eek)
the car's just come out of warranty and I therefore need to take the bold step of finding a reputable independent specialist in all matters Porsche. can anyone make any recommendations ..? I'm in the London area.
any help is greatly appreciated

I'm in the Surrey Quays area, in between london bridge and canary wharf.

I use Jaz who are now in St.Albans (previously in Wembley) which is a direct Thameslink train to London Bridge.

There are also the following (neither of which I have used):

- Tower Porsche
- RGA Porsche Vauxhall

thanks I'll check it out, just to clarify, looking for garages that members here have had (positive ) experiences with and rate their work highly.

It's a bit of a trek down from Coventry, but I can highly recommend Dove House in Northants.

They have just been voted top Porsche independent service garage for the second year in a row.

Tony the service manager is brilliant and the overall customer service is top draw.

They looked after my 911 C2S for two years and always had a an answer for any challenges I threw their way.

There is loads of easy parking and the (free) drink machine is also very good!!

Used JZM to look after my Boxster a couple of years ago and they were superb. RPM Technik are also extremely good - using them for my Turbo, and service is equally excellent.

Like you I am based in east London and i use La Rose in Kemsing, Kent. Very honest, capable and good value. John is the chief mechanic and he knows his Porsche onions.
