land buyer interview advice
Discussion
I have a interview for a land buying assistant role for a builder of retirement homes. This is actually my first interview I'm having since graduating and want to know what to expect, particularly from any people in the land development.
I have done my research on the company and competitors. Any hints or advice, as to what to demonstrate during the interview and what they would expect from me for the role, would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Olivebrown - What sort of technical experience/knowledge do you have in regards to land buying and have you read around this subject also? A lot of graduate roles often focus on personal and communication traits as oppose to experience at this stage but a sound technical knowledge will be expected and will be tested - I know having gone through this process 3 years ago in a very difficult period in the UK property market (up north anyway).
