Rough idle - software help

Ignore my 3 previous attempts at posting! Bloody I phones.
My 4.2 is currently only idling on the passenger bank. The drivers bank seems to kick in once driving at around 2-3000 revs.
I've changed both coil packs but this hasn't fixed the problem.
Before I start to change throttle/lambda sensors etc is there anyone around the Chipstead Surrey area who owns a laptop and software who may be willing to assist with diagnosing the fault?
A case of beer or 2 will be waiting.
