Talk me out of it.

I have a regular Seamaster(daily wear) and the 50th James Bond special edition.

Unfortunately, this.

Not a huge fan of bi-metal watches, they just look dated.

And as posted above, you probably won't get much or any discount for finance, so will almost definitely lose a few grand the second you sign on the line.

I did notice a local dealer doing the Pelagos for about £55 a month on finance with a small deposit. Sorely tempted by that, but then you'd have to pay list and you can get them for ~£2k from Europe from a grey dealer.

I'd be careful with the 0% deals.

I think the new speedmasters are nice... personal preference though. I think gold/rose gold on any watch just looks hideous.

It is going to be depreciation free, right?

I'd wager you can pick it up in a few years for a fraction of that price.
It isn't as if there is ever just going to be one of them knocking around.

What do you think it would be worth in 10 years time?

Irrelevant.
What percentage of your yearly disposable income does this represent?
For all we know, you could be taking home £27K a year whilst living as a kept man with no expenses, no mortgages, no bills & no expensive hobbies.

Once you've worked that out you just need to work out how badly you want the hideously dated bi-metal thing (and that's from a collector of vintage watches.)

I know it's personal choice but that is a hideous looking watch.

Whatever the monthly payment is save your money and put it in an ISA instead.

Save yourself a fortune on a hideous watch....seriously. It's vile. hurl

...and buy a nice one instead for less....

Rolex Submariner
Zenith El Primero
Omega Speedmaster Co-axial Automatic
IWC Portuguese
Jaeger LeCoultre Master Compressor Chronograph

All cost less than that monstrosity you decided to share with us if you buy it from a decent place.

'Fraid I was going to say something like this. It's a personal thing of course but I just don't get the current fad for rose gold. To me it looks cheap, in fact it looks imitation cheap, despite the actual cost.
