Cayenne Tyre Pressure Monitor- failure
Discussion
Hi All,
My car is still under warranty.
The rear drivers side has stopped worked - no pressures are reading.
Had a chat with an OPC, who mentioned if the battery is flat in that sensors, it will need replacing and is not a warranty item.
He mentioned £600 ish for a set!
Any ideas on how much these cost and what they actually are?
Happy to keep driving with it de-activated to be honest, and keep an eye on tyre pressures as per normal..

New batteries for the TPMS are around £600 to replace - they typically last 7 or 8 years. My car is still under warranty.

If you do a search you should find a similar post from the last few weeks which contain some additional information about where to source appropriate batteries outside of the OPC network.
