seat leon 1.8t little oil leak ?? help!!

Got a seat leon 1.8t awesome cars but there's a little oil leak. Woke up and found about 2X2 inch puddle of oil not much but over time it is. It dripping of the bottom of my gearbox and it's Al sat on top of it to but my gear selector is clean :s am really confused it's 114000 miles recent service I was hoping it was over tightens sump plug but I don't no any idea help would be much appreciated
