Cracking noise from rear driver's side

I have a cracking noise coming from the rear and having had some bushes replaced (which needed doing anyway) it still does it. It can be replicated by pushing down on the rear wing or even if you lift the rear bumper. Anyone any idea what it might be? Cheers.

I had this, it was in my case a defect in the damper.

Take off the wheel on that corner, check if it's anything visible then put the hub on an axle stand.

Get someone to push the corner up and down while you check the origin of the noise.

It's worth checking the ARB mounts on the wishbone, these have a habit of cracking.
