How do I remove Engine Vents on a S2

Hi, is there an easy way to remove the two black plastic vents from the elise S2 engine bay lid?

I have had a look but not sure how they can be removed without bending. ...so before i break one thought i should post.

no - you nearly have to break them to get them out...very difficult according t my local bodyshop...i was going to have all mine colour coded (like the 135R)...but it turned out I would nearly have to buy a full set of new vents as they are very difficult to get out

Have a word with Simon @ Brooke Kensington. They have just had all the vents sprayed to match the car.
Wanted to do the same to mine but £450 was too expensive!
