Just got the old bus out of the garage for the first time since last summer. Polishes up well. Only managed to do a few hundred miles in it last year - and about 1000 in the last 10 so hoping to do a few more this year. Spent quite a bit of money recommissioning it last spring so hoping that nothing will have perished over the winter. It was my daily driver for many years and never sold it as wasn't worth anything and I'd spent too much money over the years keeping it in great shape. Curious now how few E30s you see on the road - I noticed one the other day that must have been the first I'd seen this year.

Go on give us some more pictures!

Now you mention it I have not seen an E30 for ages. The E34 seems to be far more numerous.

Very nice, do you need to drain the fluid, disconnect the battery etc when parking up for the winter? Just curious.

I disconnect the battery, open the windows a bit, leave the hand brake off and that's it... If I get a chance half way through winter I start it and let it warm up, but this winter I didn't bother. Started first time - but then I did have a major engine overhaul last year.
