PDC Module location?

My PDC isn't working, just get the three second beep and flashing red light on the Parking Sensor button which the manual states is a faulted system.
I'm working on the assumption it is the Parking Module rather than one of the bumper sensors.
First is there anyway I can test for that myself - somebody on here suggested feeling the sensors for the clicks they give and identifying a broken one, bit none of me are making any discernible click or noise.
Assuming it is the module, can anybody confirm it is located inside the light cluster behind the interior mirror?
If so should be easy to change I think!

Thanks, I'd given up hope of an answer, lol. Sorry I have a v8 Vantage. I have seen schematics of the DB9 showing the PDC module behind the interior mirror in the light pod, obviously this is not going to be so straight forward as I had hoped! I couldn't find a similar schematic of the Vantage. May be the same part number though so I'll look at eBay.

Well it's definitely not in the mirror pod, that's an am/fm module.
I managed to remove the centre console as that is where the beep comes from but all I found there was an airbag sensor.
It's not under the carpet which covers the battery and spare bulbs, so if it is behind the drivers / passenger seats it must be behind one of the side trims. I didn't go any further as I prefer to know what I'm doing, lol.
So still open to suggestions as to where this elusive PDC (or Park Assist Module) is located. Sadly the AM diagram shows where everything is EXCEPT the damned module!

The PDC module is located behind / under the rear of the passenger seat (think the sub woofer is near the PDC)
You have to remove the trim behind the seat and carpet to gain access
It actually is a Jaguar part (see photo below) but it is cheaper to buy it from the AM dealer.

Since this thread is the prevailing Google search result for "where is the PDC module Aston Martin db9", I have reread this over and over to glean the exact location if this thing.
The implied locations are not panning out for me.
In this pic of a USA (lfd), 2010 AM DBS convertible, can someone who knows where this is, right click the image, save it to their machine, open it in Paint, circle the location, and upload again? I don't see it anywhere and all next steps are permanent... tearing up white insulation, pulling carpet that is riveted, breaking a clip on the seat back that cannot be reached to undo. Before these measures, I just want to triple check where this thing is. Google, forum search, YouTube have not helped.

On the Vantage, Aston in their wisdom moved the PDC module all over the shop, depending on what year your car was. Some were under the carpet, then under a black plastic trim, either under the driver or passenger seat, or alternatively, on the bulkhead behind the passenger seat, below the sub enclosure.
If your under seat carpets are held on by torx screws then that’s where I’d start.
Seat full forward and inclined forward.
Undo torx screws
Remove carpet trim
Remove torx screws holding black plastic trim
Hopefully under there.
Another option would be to ring AM Performance in the UK. Brad is their electronics guru and may be able to help.
Here’s a pic of him checking out my PDC module on Thursday and actually diagnosing a faulty rear outer sensor not module. My Foxwell had pointed to the module as being at fault. Sometimes it’s good to call in the experts. He also loaded up the config file to convert my hifi to Premium.

Going to give it one more go in the confines of the car (God bless those with coupes trying to do this, I would have a concussion if the roof weren't down), before waving the white flag. Thx! -justin
I'm assuming this may be what my 09 vantage requires, too. Parking sensors stopped working a few weeks ago - usual long 3s beep on startup and nothing else thereafter.
The sensors all make the 'clicking' noise and all sound the same as each other. I hadn't cleaned the car/got it muddy when the system stopped working, so it seems entirely random.
What does this sort of thing cost? I'm in Leeds so likely to be a main dealer job. Usually get the service done in Macclesfield but not keen to drive all that way for sensors.
