I'm still playing around at the moment and of course it will vary (a bit) from track to track and also different weather, but I run the tyres 2-3lbs down on recommended pressures and my Intrax on around 35-40 clicks front and 40-45 clicks rear.
Seems to perform fairly well but I will be playing around further when the season starts!
Alan.

I used to run around the factory pressures on trackdays, but after reading the information on the Dunlop site i've raised the pressures considerably,to what I feel is good effect. The shocks I try on different settings in between 25 and 35 clicks.
On the brakes, i changed the pads to Mintex F1 which are comp pads and not reccommended for road use, however when they get hot they are excellent.

I use the F4 on the road. Have tried EBC, performance friction 0 compoun (not kind to discs) and Mintex 1166. The F4 works for with with nice cold bite, high friction and a linear response to speed and temp They work exceptionally well from 160 mph and stop significantly quicker than Ferrari's £28,000 or whatever price)carbon discs and pads! Try Questmead for advice- they generally do race teams but will help/supply for road cars
