Not quite 28 days later Urbex stuff. I found this page and it shows photos on the links of the sort of kit left by the Royal Navy inside HMS Cornwall a Batch II Type 22 Frigate which was scrapped in Swansea recently.

We did some Sea Wolf firing trials on HMS Cornwall years ago, it was great, we spent the whole day pissing off French trawlers and diverting cross channel ferries!
