Stupid question, but what number to people use to contact the spares department on ?

( I'll even spell Telephone correctly next time )

best chap, in my experience, is Darren Phillips via 01322 625800 (have his DDI and mobile too from his email signature but this should work)

That said, his colleagues have always been helpful... have just received a parcel that on Friday I was told would be sent as soon as the parts next come in; meaning they either found a spare bit or sent it on Saturday - a result whichever!
