Glue for small body repair

Anyone recommend some glue for a little repair. Lower door trim has come apart, the plastic fascia needs regaling to the metal backing, glue needs to be quite strong as the two pieces only hold together will lots of clamping. Also needs to be waterproof to prevent water getting inbetween the plastic and metal.
