You've just got to love the simple fixes

Recently my dash illumination became quite intermittent, turning it on and off didn't make any difference, so I presumed the switch under the dash was playing up, but last night after getting home I thought i'd have a grope around in the little gap by the steering column to see whats on that switch and could only feel one wire! Managed to pop the switch out, found the missing wire, plugged it back in and now have lights again Happy Days!

If only the exhaust manifold gasket would be that easy......

You have indeed, I have been quite depressed about my appalling boot lid fit and was expecting it to be a pig to sort out.

I removed the incorrect length 500N strut and it now fits perfectly! Makes up for all the times you go to do a 5 simple job and spend the next 5 hours covered in blood and swearing so loudly your neighbors can hear!
