Looking to buy a commercial property, and require a mortgage.
Looking to move my business from current site to new site, we currently rent the site we operate from, what's the best deals out there?
Ideally looking for a high LTV as not worth taking the cash out of the business to put in as stock would suffer.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

High LTV doesn't really exist with commercial, if you are comparing it with residential or buy to let. If you are lucky you'll get 70%.
The good news is it can be very tax advantageous to go down this route and you can often get a lot of property for your money.
