991 mobile phone holder

Hi all

I'm seeking council in finding a solution to having my mobile phone in a suitable cradle to view apps such as RoadPilot and Waze whilst on the move. I've really struggled to find something that is neat and tidy and doesn't involve a load of wires trailing across the dash, or phones flying around the cabin.

Has anyone found the right solution yet?

I fitted a very clean installation using a Brodit ProClip for the 991, and a matching Brodit IPhone 5 active holder.

Mine both came off Amazon.

You permanently fit a Lighting cable to the holder/cradle, and then run the wire under the centre console trim up to the glove box, round the hinge and into the socket. Very easy to do and no need to dismantle anything.

I've been looking for a decent solution for my 991 for ages, I'm not sure if this will help or not but the neatest solution I've found for an iPhone is something called a FusionDock. Check out www.porschex.co.uk.
