It seems to do most of what the Thermomix does minus the weight scale feature. Worth a punt?

How easy is it to clean? would be my first question
Could be useful for motorhome owners
The real thermomix is a doodle to clean, all the dirty bits including the element on the bottom can go in the dishwasher. Or else you simply put a spot of washing liquid in it with some water and set it heat up with the spinner spinning. Washes itself.

Looking at that list of things she tested it on the only one my Kenwood Chef wouldn't be able to do is steam the sea bass, I have a steamer for that. I thought the whole point of the Thermomix was you could cook stuff in it while mixing making it great for making sauces, which she doesn't do?Anyone who uses a blender to make mashed potato should be taken outside and shot!
