It's not a typo I think it's been found somewhere and this is reflected by the price160 K, not sure it's worth that, but I do think 360,s are going up and rightly so, they are great imho

I'm struggling to see anyone wanting to pay that sort of money for an entry level 360, < 100 miles or not.

The 430 is clearly a better car than the 360. And the 458 is clearly a better car than the 430. £160k will comfortably get you in either. Buy that 360 and actually drive it and you'd end up losing a fortune compared to buying and driving either of the 2 signficantly better cars surely?
