Toyo R888 for road use Question

I am about to get some R888. Quick question are they road legal and what are they like on the Chimaera ?

The answer is yes they are legal and yes they are good BUT in the dry only :-) I lost my Z3M in the damp with 888's but I managed to save it :-) I then had another set I used for none dry moments !!

+1 have them on my (not quite standard) Griff - they are awesome in the dry, not as bad as you might think in the wet, just be careful

Very sensitive to pressure though - buy a decent digital pressure gauge and find the best pressure for your car/setup.
Have passed two MoTs on 888s - no issues.

Yes, I have run many sets but if you are not TD focussed, the suggestion of R1Rs is a good one.

Do you find them harsh on anything other than perfect tarmac ? I can feel the road surfaces ,they makes a
big deal out of it .

have found the tyre pressure is very important on those. roads are quite good on my side.
if tyre pressure is to low they start to smear badly in corners.

what do you mean with feel the road surface ?
