Hi Guys
Just after some feedback on a business I have created, I have just added it to the Business Directory as a company
Its a panoramic 360 Tour based in the North West of England specialising in houses for sale, commercial and retail premises
Using the latest technology its like a Google Street View style approach for inside your house/business so you get a complete 360 degree walkthrough
The feedback received has been really positive but work is slow at the moment even though the costs are really low, Lots of Estate Agents interested and some local restaurants but nothing committed so far
I have lots of social media marketing and working on improving SEO setting for Google/Bing but I'm struggling to think where else to market this or is it just a duff idea?
Thanks, any advice greatly received

The website confused me - it looks like a property listing site rather than a 'we do the pictures' brochure. (And you need to fix the title on your home page - I presume someone has been testing the CMS).
How easy is it for estate agents to make use of these tours - adding them to their own sites and rightmove etc. - with it being either unbranded or branded up for the agent; they're not going to want to send people to '360 houses' - especially if it then lets people look at other agents properties.

Thanks for the feedback, it is an Estate Agency template used so may change but the idea was for the consumer to have an extra place to have there house uploaded but I can see how this might conflict with the estate agentHow easy is it for estate agents to make use of these tours - adding them to their own sites and rightmove etc. - with it being either unbranded or branded up for the agent; they're not going to want to send people to '360 houses' - especially if it then lets people look at other agents properties.
It comes branded for the Estate Agents with their own company Nadir (the bit that covers the tripod) The files that are created can be uploaded to any site and we use Google as a host so available to anyone, anywhere on any device

Have you registered as a Google Business Photographer? Doing the same thing you are, i.e. internal panoramics, but for shops and pubs etc to take Streetview one step further...
No not as of yet but will enquire, thanksOur USP is the Estate Agents and property market which is a bit different to Google Business View but certainly worth looking at

With a business like that:
1 - go and talk to some potential clients to check that what you offer is what they want (.f. above thoughts)
2 - hit the road and knock on doors - go and sign up clients, offer them deals / saving with quantity bought - so if you get an estate agent to have 1 house = £££, 10 houses = 10% discount / 100 houses = 15% etc.
3 - you have to work the market - just relying on a a website won't work - unless the potential market is actively out there on Google looking for your services they won't come to you, so you have to go to them...
if they say no - don't accept it - ask them what changes you would have to make for them to want it...
if you can find any stats to help support your sales pitch then great - otherwise perhaps offer the opportunity to test your service?

A few random thoughts.
I've been looking at property websites a fair bit recently and what I would really like to see is more floor plans.
The photography in general seems a bit hit and miss, not all the rooms are photographed, many of the photos seem like duplicates. I wonder if the EAs are really having to try that hard to sell stuff.
Some properties have internal photos only, presumably because the external ones would be very off putting.
I would think that what you are offering is of most value on good property, on the bad stuff it is just going to highlight the flaws.
Marketing-wise I would be tempted to go and give your services away for a while. If you haven't got enough paying clients to fill your day then do some free work for them. This will have the effect of making the 3D tours more commonplace and perhaps expected and also you may be able to demonstrate actually results in the form of increased page views and more time spent on the agents' sites. Also, wouldn't hurt to be able to say to potential paying customers in the future that you have worked for X number of agents and perhaps get some personal recommendations.
What about payment structures? Do you charge per property? Could you offer a day rate where you could fit in a number of properties in one go? How about bulk discounts?

We can charge per property as this is the easiest way to provide a good quote, the bulk discount is applied if an Estate Agent gets involved, I haven't considered a daily rate yet but this is also an option
Are you marketing this B2C?
You're going to have a real hard time selling this direct to house sellers - they're paying estate agents thousands so they don't expect to have to pay for additional services on top to help sell the house as that is what the agent is supposed to be doing!
If that's the market you want to hit then partner up with these websites that allow you to sell your own home. Give the website a slice in return for being an add-on purchase on their checkout.
Otherwise, partner up with estate agents. Get on the phone to them. And only to the ones that deal with high value properties. Expect a hard sale, I imagine most competent agents already have a contact that can do this as the technology had been around a while.
