Food intolerance testing (online / postal)?
Discussion
I reckon something I eat regularly is doing me a mischief.
After I eat, I generally get varying degrees of; dizziness, tiredness, dark thoughts and skitters.
I've tried methodically removing / reintroducing things but inconclusive (although current prime suspect is cheese).
I reckon it'd go straight in the "too difficult box" if I spoke to my GP.
Does anyone have any thoughts on these online / postal services? Examples ...
Worth a shot or hokum?

I would go with the suggestion above, and only if that does not get you anywhere then consider these.
Having said this, I did do a Yorktest, they reckoned they had never seen anyone as intolerant as me, I got high scores for lots of things. I have since worked out that one of the items they identified, dairy, is something I am intolerant to, and have switched to lactofree, which has worked for me. These tests probably work a bit but are not as sensitive as they imply, and the science is unproven.
