I did hear that EA bought the rights to space marine, so hopefully they'll bring out something good in the near future.

I did hear that EA bought the rights to space marine, so hopefully they'll bring out something good in the near future.

They need to get dice working on a Battlefront game set in the 40k universe. It would be epic. Such a rich universe to draw from in terms of stories and cool gadgets. It's a shame that GW has never really managed to exploit the material for video games apart from the RTS games which were pretty good.

I did, it was a decent RTS. Didn't really capture the spirit of the table top game though. You could have reskinned it and not alerted the mechanics in any way and it would still be viable

And so it began, out came the box of old Space Marines, the paints were liberated, new paints were bought and numerous Orcs, Goblins and Undead models later we're at the point where we could start playing. So I bought the Rule and Army books...

Maybe this game will come out soon and help me learn what the hell the tabletop game is all about

I really enjoyed Tau Fire Warrior, and I loved the Space Marine game, I wish they'd make another in a similar vein, it was fantastic.

Think this is the only game that's coming out soon that I'm really looking forward to - I really love the Warhammer /40k universe and I really love the Total War games (well, most of them).
I presume it's going to be pretty similar to Medieval II but with a few flying special units?

In that case check out Battle Fleet Gothic Amarda, space RTS using the unreal 4 engine.
