WTF is this all about.
Our beloved Government has announced it will issue drinking banning orders for people who have been cautioned/convicted of 3 drinking related offences.
Just who is going to stop Jonny chav tw*t from going to a pub. Do they really think they will stop one single person from drinking by the issue of these ridiculous 'orders'?
Total waste of time and money. Beggers belief.
