Can anyone help with the following at all, or can you point me in the right direction please?

I need flexible, transparent film - similar to the acetate which is fed into inkjet printers or used on overhead projectors.

But I need it die cut to a basic shape, with a water resistant adhesive applied on both sides and protective peel-back film on top.

So basically it would be:

protective peel back> adhesive> main film <adhesive <protective peel back

Any suggestions please? I'd like a fast turnaround once a quote is accepted.

No connection with this company but they are the closest I can get to your spec. http://www.adhesivetape.net/home

The only alternative I can find is DIY, which I assume you're not interested in?

If that may be a way forward, or something you can farm out then the crafting world uses double sided film (is thickness a factor for you?) such as: http://www.art-of-craft.co.uk/double-sided-adhesiv...
with a die cutter / plotter like this: http://www.themagictouch.co.uk/acatalog/Graphtec_C... to make the shapes.

Talk to these guys http://www.tecmanuk.com
Kevin Porter is your man. He supplies us with various specialist adhesives. If the quantity you need is not big, thus not justifying a tool to die cut, then the film can be cut on a CNC cutter. We have suitable machines.

Thank you for the suggestions, really appreciate it.

I'll get some samples in for evaluation; will look into the DIY suggestion as well, hadn't considered that at all.
