A few simple changes for 333bhp to 480bhp and 0-60mph in 3.5sec?

Audi's are extremely tuneable, the S's seem to get better gains than the RS's do

Still, would 480bhp guarantee 3.5sec 0-60?

Chris Harris' circa 400bhp S4 managed 0-60 in 4.17 (without launch control):

So an extra 80ish bhp (and launch control) might be enough to get 3.5.

Theory is that the engine was always good for 400hp, but Audi held it back. They're quite good at that: With a few simple mods the TTRS runs 0-60 quicker than the Audi R8 (v8 and v10). It also runs eleven second quarters.

I'd say that with a good 4WD system and the thick end of 500hp, you could pull a sub-four second 0-60 time. That's what the old Mitsubishi Evo FQ400 used to do. The reason why you can't do that in a Monaro is traction.

Turbo cars pickup pickup good power with just a map. It's the equivalent of a superchardged car doing pullies and map. Couple that with AWD and you can see some solid 0-60 times.

The s4 has a rootes type supercharger for that power it will have a pulley upgrade
These engines respond to mapping well as Audi were very conservative with the bypass valve.
