Pricing regulations within EU Countries
Discussion
I am getting nowhere finding who to ask about pricing controls within EU Countries and wondered if we have anyone on line that can help.
There are pricing regulations that exist usually under the topic Anti-Dumping Regulations - to protect transaction between non Eu and EU Countries (and most International Countries - to protect against dumping affecting trade and businesses) but I cannot find anything about what would be the case of trading between two Countries within the EU in which one reduced the price of a product below cost (or by a particular percentage) that forms unfair competition within the two Countries inside the EU.
Fingers crossed.

Hi Baz,
I'd imagine an email to the European Ombudsman ( an Irish Woman called Emily O' Reilly ) would get answers. Hope to see you at some of the races this year.
