TVR 350i Tyre sizes

Evening,
Im looking at buying a Series 1 350i in Gold, oh yeah.
Haven't go the car yet so I haven't got a good idea on the tyre condition, so Im budgeting for some new ones eventually... I know currently it has some 205/60/15s on the car which I believe are the factory size, although I have read 205/55/15 somewhere too.
It has the classic 15 inch wheels that they mostly all have, is this a 7J wheel?

I would like to put TOYO T1Rs on if I can but they only are available in 205 55 15s... anyone with any experience with these tyres or sizes for the car?

You've just about covered it there. There's a lot more choice of good rubber in 205/55/15 (yes the rims are 7") and they work fine, better in many respects.
