Strange Notification E-mail?

Okay, this has me baffled. I received this e-mail this morning:

PH E-Mail said:

Dear Customer,

You received a call from "My local dentist" who wanted to enquire about one of your adverts on PistonHeads.

The call was made to your Pistonheads number "Unknown number", which points at your number "A previous work phone number" on Thursday, April 30, 2015 10:48:26 AM.

This call was Unanswered.

For obvious reasons, I've removed the actual phone numbers. But I've replaced the numbers with the descriptions of who the phone numbers are registered to. I kid you not, somehow my dentist, previous workplace and a completely unknown phone number are involved!

What puzzles me even more is the fact that I've never associated any of these numbers with PH. The only number I have associated with PH, is my own mobile number which is registered with my Classifieds account.

Also, to clarify, I haven't posted an advert since 2013!
