Nothing to do with me (Al) but nice looking gold 2.0l Tasmin on PH. It's been laid up for a while and no mention of chassis condition. I do love the styling of the earlier Wedges and the idea of slightly better fuel economy does appeal! Anyone interested? Not a million miles from me so if anyone wants it checked out then let me know.

P.O.A? I know there's been alot of debate about wedge prices recently but I didn't think they had reached quite that prestige level biggrin

Could be a fun little project for someone if seller is willing to except a reasonable price, a bit of a concern that there's no recent pictures though.

I had an idea a couple of years ago...I was going to see if i could find the cars that were in the original ads and go back to where the pic was taken and re-create it..Would be mad to see how much the scenery has changed in the last 25+ years..

the pinto engine is easy and cheap to tune.

even its a heavy lump for a 4cylinder, its much lighter than the fords v6´s..therefore the car´s handling should be better.

advertizing a car with "old" pictures is always a bit of a misleading....so i guess it wont look so nice in the flesh than on the pics.

Hi
I am interested in this car, I've always wanted a wedge ever since my friend bought one new in the mid eighties. Im not into speed so a four pot would be fine by me. Has anyone seen the car to look at its condition ? Ive e-mailed the seller but very little info has been provided other than its been laid up for 4 years.

Not seen this one ! My 200 is still fun to drive I have been to France twice in it does 30ish mpg on a run easy to maintain loads of room to work under bonnet ! And £88 to insure ! Just don'take the noise of a V6 or V8

Ive been watching this car too, mileage is great and all looks original. If someone wanted a 200 this has to be a great contender! Got to be worth making into a minter, wonder what the chassis is like though. But for the same money a V8 can be had so i think I'm going to hold out! I'd take a look if i was closer...
