surprised me to when i found out that 355 could be speced with carbon bucket seats. I only knew this when viewing and buying a 355 with said seats

They were available as part of the Carozzeria Scaglietti customisation options. I had a brochure for the bespoke items which I gave away with a 355 I sold. There were not many of them, but the main one was the Carbon Seats.
So much better than standard seats which used to give me chronic backache on a Euro trip after 3-4 hour driving stints.
