Rear overhang signal sign in Italy
Discussion
Folks
I'm fitting ne of these to the backbox at the back of my MH as they are a requirement for Spain and Italy.
We are off to Italy in the summer but I need to know if the lines should point to the top right or bottom right when fitted correctly.
Apparently there is a difference and only 1 way is legal
Anyone know?

I believe the lines should be directing towards the O/S of the vehicle, depending on which side of the road you're driving on.
For example on the continent, they should be /// and in the UK \\\ - the bottom part of the line is signifying the side of the van which should be overtaken on.
I believe.....let's see if someone can say more categorically. But yes, I've heard that you need to pay attention to get it right, too.
