S4 B8.5 remap

I've had my S4 for a couple of months now and had it on the rolling road last Saturday. It showed 333.5 hp and 330lbft torque. I have phoned a couple of tuning companies regarding a remap and have been told it can't be done through the OBD port, the ECU has to be removed first. Does anybody know if or when it is possible to remap through the port?
