There is an article, about mountain biking, in a supplement of today's Guardian by Grayson Perry, who actually appears to know what he is talking about, rather than something thrown together by a junior hack who's never ridden a bike.

I quite like the Guardian, generally, but at election time the Labour bias is all a bit too much.

At least they are usually labelled as opinion pieces, and not banded around as news articles like some of the other papers are guilty of. I'm totally disinterested in Labour, but the general content of the Guardian is more interesting than most other papers in my opinion.

Anyone else find that last sentence mildly terrifying?

I hate the thought that one day, one ride will be my last ride! frown I'm 45 this year... fingers crossed I've got another 45 in me yet! smile

I like Grayson Perry. He has interesting things to say. He also rides motorbikes.

Agreed. I sometimes disagree with the articles, but there are some good ones in there. I'm not one for tribalism.
