With these 2015 machines breaking records at both rounds this year what time do you think the pole will be? Assuming it's dry.

Sub 3.15?

ACO really doesn't like cars going faster than 3:19. ( or was is 3:21)

It was discussed a while back - they don't want the cars to go faster ( health and safety blah blah blah ).

They want improved reliability - and more fuel economy.

If someone starts going too fast - you can expect to see huge restricors coming into play.

Even the GT cars.... They don't want anyone breaking 3:50 ( IIRC )

I understand this but surely thats why this year with current rules the record can go, next year performance will be restricted. I think what we are seeing in LMP1 right now are the fastest they will be for a few years.

We might sneak some sub 3.15's this year but they'll BOP it next year to be slower. So this year might be a 'great' year

More likely that they will adjust the available energy per lap by changing the fuel flow limits. Restrictors don't really work when you are trying to mix petrol and diesel.
