Bit of a shuffling around in the Daemon household and my wifes 2012 z4 and my 2012 Golf have gone, to be replaced by this....
March 2013, 9K miles, 3.7 litre.
Has all the toys - xenons, reversing cam, sat nav, leather heated, / alcantara seats, cruise, etc, etc.
Have to say, very impressed. Very very fast car, handles superbly, and whilst you know theres a big engine in there, it doesnt make the car nose heavy.
Induction kit will probably be the first mod, then funds permitting, an upgraded cat back exhaust. Both these seem to release more of a meaty v6 note from the engine.

This one is a manual but it does the autoblips too on both the down and upshifts. It learns and predicts whether you're going to go down or up a gear depending on how you're otherwise driving. Its very impressive.not a lot between them
The engine note is quite muted (having said that i've a 2.8VR6 Caddy with induction kit and custom exhaust so anything is going to sound muted) but it does get more throaty with revs.

Was checking out the fuel situation here in Northern Ireland. Shell V Power is unavailable, Tescos 99RON is unavailable, in fact the only "decent" (and i use the term lightly) high RON fuel is BP Ultimate @ 97RON.
Would you be adding an octane booster such as the one Millers do to get the rating up?
Probably be ok with 97 to be honest I doubt you will feel a difference.
I drove mine the other week with very old fuel and it was pretty flat but as soon as I filled with Vpower it was back to normal
My octane booster of choice is this one and i keep a bottle in the boot incase i need to fill with 95

A PCP deal wasnt the best option on this one.
Had it been a new car we were looking at, a PCP deal may well have suited best but at the price we got this for a new one was nonsensical.
