TV mount with ability to lower screen?

To save floor space I want to move my TV off its corner stand. I'd like to be able to mount my TV on the wall above the fireplace however I am wondering if anyone has come across a wall mount that will let you pull the screen out and lower it slightly? basically I want to mount the TV in the middle of my wall, above the fireplace but dont want to be tilting my head up to view it.. Any ideas welcome :]

Not cheap, but doable if theres not a better option!
