Evening Gents
Please could I have your take on plugs for a standard 350 i ?
Currently got the bpr7ecs in and due to change so really interested in opinions and special multi electrode jobs
Are they worth the fath and what ones to go for ?
Any options as usual would be appreciated!

They should be as good as you need. Spend the money on more useful things (like petrol biggrin).

As Ian say's..But there are different plugs..There is BPR5ES which are a hotter plug..Can give some pinking..The BPR7ES which are a colder plug which can cause some fouling..I, And this is personal choice use the iridium BPR6EIX which are in between and deliver a good fat spark..However there is some talk as to the protrusion of the diode compared to the vibration factors of the 7..

The iridium plugs are guaranteed for 30,000 miles and remain a good condition plug after a few months of regular use...Best way is to check your plug condition after some long drives and see what condition they are in and go from there.....Ziga
