The thermal protection on my battery cables has finally given up the ghost and I am looking to replace it with something appropriately snazzy! Does anyone have any recommendations?

I quite like the look of some of the silicon sleeving products...

Just like Ridds said

I used it for cables, water hoses & fuel lines.
Just need to perfect termination, as the tape they sell is not very effective!

Thanks a lot chaps, that looks like it is spot on. Have you used the sleeves, or wrap around?

I suspect the sleeve would have to expand quite a bit to get over the batter terminal end of the cable (in my case).

Sleeves work the best. My battery terminal is the type where the cable enters the clamp with two screws to clamp the cable.

I've used these people for most of the thermal protection on my car
