This 944 track car - thoughts
Discussion
It doesn't look terrible for a track car. Not a fan of the 924 intake on it personally. It's got a few bits on it, it's probably worth a look around. If it's not rusty then it may be worth a punt if everything is in order.
The early 2.5 engines were slightly slower than the later ones but stripped out it shouldn't feel horrendously slow - especially once you've picked up momentum.

I had a 924s of a similar spec, v hard srung Leda's, full cage, fully rebuilt EMC engine to 944 power.
It was great fun, think I sold it for similar dosh to the asking price of that 944, it was a tad lacking in pace for me, tho it was ace for learning to drive cleanly & conserve momentum, just needed a tad more grunt really & the lack of LSD & no cheap way to get one was its only real downfalls, handled excellently, 968 club sport esk, but less weight (tho less power too) & firmer (than a regular road cs) depending what the gaz set up is, Leda guys did go to gaz so it could be a similar set up.
