E655VOV blue wedge

I am trying to track back through my wedges history and according to the TVRCC it was sold through a dealers in exeter but it seems it was originally registered in oxford (reg was e655vov).
It has had a number of owners who who members of the tvrcc and I was wondering if anyone either remembered the car or knows any of the previous owners?
It has lived in Bicester,Telford and Billericay and I have recepits that show it lived in Glasgow for a while too.
