Anyone come across this before or heard of a similar scenario?
Dropped my car off last night with russell at reflectology in sheffield for a detail, he rang me this morning to say when he jacked the back of the car up to take the rear wheels off he noticed there was significant movement in both rear wheels about 1-2in and when he moved them there is a metal to metal knocking noise which i heard over the phone. I Called mercedes benz exeter where i bought the car from about a month ago its a 62 plate with 5300 miles on the clock they said there should be no movement in the rear wheels and it actually sounds alarming, he advised me not to drive the car and called mercedes breakdown they recovered the car and have taken it to mercedes benz of sheffield where they have yet to look at it but one guy in service said there should be a little movement.

Any thoughts?

Simple suggestion but could the wheel nuts be loose?
