Recently moved from Cheshire where my DB9 was serviced brilliantly by Ason specialists Bridge Mill Motors in Macclesfield. I've now located to Berkhamsted, Herts and looking for an independent garage to continue to look after my beautiful car. Anyone on here point me in the right direction please?

Just received my db9 volante back from Mike at Bamford rose. My 3rd Annual service from BR plus mot, new Michelin pilot sport tyres, reconditioned alloys, rear brake pads, beam wipers and Ecu retune. can't fault them plus Mike personally delivered to my home at 745pm. They even spotted something I deliberately didn't tell them about, a small missing piece of trim and have ordered it up from the factory for later fitting. Impressive. They are located near moreton in the marsh, probably miles away from you but then they are 60 miles from me....

I've used Bridge Mill, Bamford Rose and Works. They are all excellent but different. There is a lot of stuff I can do myself between services and I found works gave me the most in depth insight to what is required, but they are wanting to take the car to 100%. I want the car to 100% as well but I'm not a multi millionaire so I decide what's important. Bamford Rose alway's go that extra bit as do Bridge Mill. If you don't know what a spanner is your probably doing the right thing looking for the best independent. I've been shown around Chiltern and I was very impressed but I haven't used them.

I'm in Bourne End, not far from Three Horseshoes. I use Chiltern for servicing and cant speak highly enough of them, always very helpful. They also have some amazing cars in there being Heritage, DB4's 5's etc nice just to walk around.

+1 for Chiltern Aston. Have nothing but good things to say about them from sales and servicing perspective (BTW I have no affiliation to them other than having bought a car from them years ago and had it serviced there!!). They certainly focus on the customer service aspect and their prices used to be very reasonable!

Worth noting with chiltern that they give a 10percent discount to amoc members
