Bloody auto-playing adverts!

seriously???? fking auto-playing adverts? What the juddering fk is that about - I'll tell you what it fking well is, fkING ANNOYING!!! Is there any way to stop these bd things?

PLEASE guys stop this I frequently watch stuff (movies/youtube/whatever) at the same time as being on PH and it irritates the bks off of me! Surely I am not alone in feeling this way? There is no quicker guaranteed way of getting me NOT to buy something or use a service than have some bd advert start talking over what I'm already watching/listening to!

These ads have annoyed me so much today.

Indeed.

Completely understand that PH is paid for by the adverts so do not want to use adblocker.

However when they are the very intrusive flash based ones (make your browser run like a pig), massive all over the screen ones, or the ones that play audio (or the cannot skip ones on the videos) it's all a bit much.

I've pretty much stopped watching any video content now due to the ads.

The other ads will drive people away from the forums and news sections.

This is easily solved when browsing on a computer by using an ad blocker.

My main annoyance however, are ads on mobile devices. Constantly getting spammed with them on iphone and ipad, real pain in the arse that you seemingly can't do anything about.
