Both battery and charger let me down today depriving me of a run to the coast in the sun.

I can source a battery but can someone recommend a charger please. The one I have is well battered and must be 30 or so years old ~ it's had a hard life.
It will be used to trickle charge S battery but also to charge leisure batteries which we use to power led light strips when "off grid"

Cheers

I'd go to Halfords, get one with a five year guaranteed and then charge it over night three times a work. Job done. That's what I do.

Check out the Ctek range of chargers, a bit expensive but very good.

No doubt the C-Tek is a good bit of kit but every so often Aldi / Lidl do a "cheapy" version. I got one but to be honest it gets very little use, my batteries seem to hold up well between use (touch wood)! wink
