It still has that photo edge, but may look better a bit more "cartooned out".

I think the first one is better Martin.
i like the red on the tail lights and the yellows but when you cartoon it i think you loose the image erm....context, ie a Noble.
Tell you what, go back to the original and add abit of noise ( the saturation noise is too much for me ), then mix up a duo tone for that yellow in the bottom right quarter of the screen.
Make a mask or whatever so you can keep the taillights red and then give them that glare.
Just a thought
The first one definately has some impact though

I can't find monochrome or how to do duo in elements.
Ok i have a day off on Tuesday so i will have another go but don't hold your breath.
My 15 seconds and i blew it; usually takes longer than that
