Another point, does it handle any different with 16's on the front? Do the wider front tyres affect steering etc, it will be a little heavier at parking speeds I guess?

I have 16's all round on my S2 but have fitted 215 tyres to the front.

225's on the front proved too wide. They rubbed and made steering at low speed difficult.

I'm running 215 on 17" with ET10 offset and these are fine and dandy!

So you find 225's on the front on a V8S to be OK Joo...?? Do you run with 225's at the rear or do you run the 245's ??

Cheers

My V8S has 16inch 5-spoke Chimeara rims with 225/50 SO-2´s.
A lot of tramlining (is this an English word?).
Can this be caused by the (slightly) smaller track?
ET33 in stead of the original ET25.
Who is running these rims on a V8S but with spacers?
